Sabre Law (the Firm) has two privacy policies. This document is our website privacy policy. It is about how we collect, use and disclose personal information of visitors to the website. This is a generally applicable website policy for all users of the site.
We use cookies on the website for functionality and user experience purposes.
If you provide us with personal information, either through our contact form or consultation request form, we are collecting that information with your consent.
We use your personal information to provide information to you about the legal services we provide.
We retain any personal information you provide for at least two years from the time you provided it. Once this two year period is over, we will schedule your information for deletion according to our file retention policies.
While in our control, information collect by the Firm is protected using various software service providers and data systems
Your personal information will not be disclosed to others without your consent, or without a valid reason, such as being required to by law.
If we have a consultation and you do do not enter into a lawyer-client relationship with the Firm we will retain your information for a period of at least two years from the time you provided it. Once this two year period is over, we will schedule your information for deletion according to our file retention policies.
If you become a client of the Firm, you will be enrolled in our client portal, which is subject to the Firm’s privacy policy and the legal and ethical duties owed to clients by lawyers.
